  • Supine Heel Slides

    Repetitions: Around 40 feet as able

    Notes:
    Keep trunk still and knees over toes.

  • Monster Walks

  • Standing Hamstring Curl Knee Flexion
    Repetitions: Up to 30

    Notes:

  • Functional Knee Extension with Tubing
    Repetitions: Up to 30

    Notes:
    Put feet together

  • Knee Bends
    Sets: 1sets
    Repetitions: Up to 20 as able
    Sessions per day: 1x/day

    Notes:
    Hold onto the lip of your kitchen sink. Don't let your knees go over your toes. Stick your butt back but not out. Should not feel this in your back.

  • Hip Extension Straight Leg Raise
    Repetitions: up to 30 as tolerated

  • Hip Abduction Straight Leg Raise
    Sets: 1-2sets
    Repetitions: up to 30 as tolerated
    Sessions per day: 1-2x/day

    Description: Maintain a neutral spine position. Keep hips stacked and do not lean backwards.


    Notes:
    Keep leg slightly behind you and lead with your heel.

  • Knee Wall Slide
    Repetitions: Hold 30 sec and repeat 3 times

    Notes:
    Alternate with holding into extension for 30 sec

  • Isometric Quad
    Repetitions: Hold 5 sec and repeat 10 times

    Description: With an isometric exercise, you are maintaining a contraction against an immovable object, so no movement is performed at the joint and the muscle is not shortening.

  • Short Arc Knee Extension (Long Sitting)
    Repetitions: 10-20
    Sessions per day: 1-2x/day

    Description: Do not lift your knee off the towel roll.
